I know, I know.. the one thing still missing is 'drop in' high performance 30mm EDF's.

I'm just waiting on a few motors to arrive (still a few weeks away) to test out in 30mm EDF's and if all goes well, may be able to follow up on it.

MK - yes, it's all explained and demo'ed on the Shapeways site.

I got the final model done for the Complete 25MM EDF split Nacelle (each one I do evolves) and the way it has been modelled has made it turn out real sweet. I've actually impressed myself on this one.

Here's another idea I've followed up on. I always wanted a square to round flange to transfer the air in my box construction 25mm Micro Hawk to maximise efficiency. This will clip on to the case and a drop of CA to keep it there. Let me know if you want one drawn up for your own specific model. Supply the case diameter, how long you want the flange and what the front measurements are. It dos not have to be square. It can be any shape. This one is 25mm diameter to a 30mm sided square, 15mm in depth - 1mm material thickness.

NitroChrged,

That's the key to the T-50 Golden Eagle!!! I took a 6mm piece of depron aero and made my flange. Reallly helps bring air flow to the fan face. That's great what you're doing!!!

Those flanges are absolutely bonus. Great idea!

Can you do customized ones too? ie, custom diameter and custom square?

EDIT: ok so after spending hours reading post after post about your work nitro and megatesla and boredom is me i have figured i get the 1220 motor on 3s i think the 1015 will burn out with the 3sn460mah battery i wanna use.i will have to check if the gws rotor cut to 3 or 6 will give the best performence and i have to say thanks for all your hard work on making these things possable

Just added another model to the collection.

Anyone wanting to seriously crank up their 35mm models can now use a 20mm motor!
