Andy how are you? Glad you found the thread.
Doing very well, thanks. Setting up for my winter project build, a 136" B24 Liberator with electrics. A pet project in honor of my mentor who flew in the war, no longer with us, but hopefully remembered by efforts like this.

Wish I could learn rolling harriers easily. Getting frustrated and not progressing.

How's things going for you?

Sounds like a very special project. As for rolling harriers, have you picked up any of the backyard EPP foamys? Like the Extra Slick or 330? I tend to believe that those smaller size EPP models make the learning curve easier than any other model or even a sim.

Everything's going good here, thanks. Hopefully we see each other again in NJ.

All these aircraft share the same power system and all run on a 2s 500. I refer to them as backyard foamys because how easily they are flown in any yard, thus giving you endless stick time. I feel I've benefited more from flying any of these type aircraft than any other bird out there. If this size is new to you I'd suggest going right for the new Edge 540 from Twisted Hobbys & Rc Factory. This design took this category to the next level in both construction and flight performance.
