can't fully comment on the mod just yet since its really premature. Not to much flight time but i can hold a ke which is pretty funny imo.

I've been flying wings for a while, they're a ton of fun. I just wish the Crack Wing was a little bigger.

The rudder mod does give it a little something extra, like it. That's pretty much how I thought I'd tackle it if I got one. When do we get the flight video Brad?

I'd love to see a flight video. Can you hover it as well?

Hey guys, you might notice that I am new to this thread (also, this will be my first foamy from Twisted Hobbies). I am trying to decide whether to get the 32" Extra Slick or the 32" Crack Yak. Popularity seems to point towards the Crack Yak, and I have heard that the Yak will roll much faster. Of course, I want the better performing one........(more agile, more capable of hardcore 3D ). So which one is better?

On another totally related hand, if I choose the Yak should I go with the original version or the Lite version? Both seem great.....

Sounds as if you've already answered you own question, CY. Indoor = Light, outdoors = Regular.

Ya....... Well, I'll be doing more flying outdoors, and my club doesnt allow anything over 2 oz at the indoors anyways.......so regular. However, I will have to wait until I save up some more money; being a 12 yr old it is hard to come by.

Welcome to rc groups joker24458, I started flying 3D when I was twelve,I'm 16 now. The crack yak lite flies pretty good outdoors in a 0-8 mph wind. The original can fly in higher winds because its a little heavier. you should get the original crack yak if your're flying outdoors. Here's a video of my crack yak in light wind:

I'm sure you'll get some more snow over there... get to shovelin'... that will earn you enough for a Crack Yak in no time. lol... j/k man. Best of luck. I like the slick, but if you're already into 3D, and want the "hard core" ability, I'd say the Yak is the better option, from what I've heard.

The plane in your avatar, how do you like it? I was tempted to get one, but decided against it after reading some bad reviews.
