Gotta +1 this one. That's what they are made for. You should never fear crashing EPP, except when crashing into a very tall tree

Don't worry about how i know this

There has got to be a slogan in there somewhere!

something like " EPP - Made for Crashin' and Bashin' "

or maybe

EPP = Extreme Phomie Plane

These definitions are making me glad I decided to give EPP a try! I have two EPP planes waiting for assembly at home, and just from what i have seen/felt so far, I should have done this a long time ago. I had one of the TechOne Micro Yak's that I thought was epp, and it's just super flimsy... and that kind of scared me off of epp for a while... I thought they would all be like that. Not the case... and i'm glad! So much better than FFF or Readiboard! (actually not even in the same ballpark)

Speaking of EPP, anyone here tried the 3DHS 48" EPP extra? I've been looking into it but it's out of stock.

The new 40" EPP edge from 3DHS looks like quite a performer, though! I may have to go that route

Some EPP is bad. I saw a video a while ago of a Great Planes full fuse yak, and it was horridly unprecise. Rolling harriers looked plain awful. Then the guy picks it up, and bend it in half before the tail, lets go, and it springs right back into shape.

I fly over grass, but have yet to tear up one of the Twisted Planes beyond its ability to fly... and I do like to fly low, and am often a victim pockets of "high gravity".

Have you seen the video of it? It's a 3D monster and can actually snap! It would cost the same as the telink too because I already have two hs45hb servos I haven't used yet. Quite tempting, and makes the decision sooooo much harder.

Yeah, that 40" extra looks nice, but I need to learn more about electronics and find a cheaper option than buying straight from 3DHS. That's why I like twisted, all the electronics, at a great price.

Alright, I can't talk. I've been thinking of rigging out an Extra 300 SHP with the Telink 48" power combo it would be about 2/3 of the price, and its reliable equipment compared to HK crap.
