No... they were out of stock. Brad said they should be back in stock by the end of this week, so hopefully I'll be able to order one then. I've heard that is the best way to go.

I just got the plane, some welders, a few lipo's, props, and landing gear... but I'm not sure if I'll actually use the landing gear or not...

Same here...... ordering the power combo the second its in stock. I don't bother with the landing gear, really no point as it just adds weight, slows the roll rate, plus I fly from grass. I bought two tubes of welders at lowes, ordered 8 batteries, at my CY is 90% built. Just waiting for the power combo

sweet man! Yea, I want to try to catch one also before they sell out again. I'll be flying over grass mostly myself so it's not like i'll use the lg anyways. I'm excited! lol

Just wanted to relate yet another amazing customer service experience with Twisted Hobbys. I placed an order for 4 more batteries for the ES yesterday evening.

Got a shipment notice this morning at 0300!

Amazing.

I just dip the ends of the cf rods in thin ca, this hardens them so the set screw in the ez connector is less likely to crush the cf rod.

Another good idea I usually just check the tightness every few turns, and stop when the pushrod won't move.

He already has an Extreme flight 48 edge and 48 MXS. He just likes to wear out my yak. Sad part is he probably flies it better too.
