The elevator and rudder linkages were finished, and installed.

The throttle servo location won't work as planned, but I'm working on it.

I fitted and tacked in the dummy radial.

Terry brought over his Cub, and we checked the balance on it, and the Airmaster.

The Cub balanced perfectly. The Airmaster is a little tail heavy.

My N-number stencils arrived today.

What an experience it was to follow the transformation of pieces of wood to a completed aircraft model. It surely looks woderful.

Thanks, Mike !

I'll pass the word along to Terry.

I assume the maidens will be in May, probably at Empire.

You guys may remember that I'm a pack rat. I used the 20 year old landing gear fairings on this bird.

Some may also remember that I had an interior sewn up for my Cessna 195, that I was less than pleased with.

I was tempted to toss it, but something told me to hang on to it. I'm glad that I did. I was able to use a few panels, in my Airmaster. Only one required modification, and it was easy. I had to make the rear seat, and fumbled my way through the getting it upholstered. I still need to make the front, bucket seats. Terry has the pattern, and will sew the panel for the door.

In the pics, you will notice a cream colored tube. This is for the throttle servo that will be mounted in plane view. As you may remember, I built this model to be a daily flier. I had no intentions of adding any interior detail. There really isn't a good way to modify my original design for the servo installation. Exposed it will be !

Obviously, this project is out of control !
