2.4 GHz VTx interfering with 72Mhz Rx?
OK, so I experienced something very odd this weekend. I am running 72MHz to do some FPV flying, and went to turn on my Video equipment and my plane went crazy. I have RSSI pinned out for the Futaba 127df Rx that I am using and sure enough it was bouncing all over the place. I was testing out the equipment since I got a new radio and had to change channels. I was running ch50 and had only some small motor glitches. Nothing crazy. I recently changed to ch14 and the plane went bat $h!t crazy as soon as I turned on the Vtx. Servos were moving, not jittering, but moving over full travel and the motor went to about 3/4 speed. Besides the obvious fact that I am getting interference, what the heck is going on? How is my 2.4Ghz messing with a 72MHz system? I have everything spaced pretty well, Any help will be appreciated. I am running a CL antenna on the plane for video, if that matters and the Video equip is BEVRC 500m Tx. I just don't get why I am having this type of problem.
