If you're planning to run those 3s packs in series for 6s you may want to rethink that kv figure. That's more of a 4s motor. Something in the 1500-1700kv range is much better suited for 6s.

If you were running the 3s packs in parallel to double up the MA and leaving voltage the same it would be fine. (maybe even a little low for 3s) But if running them in series for 6s you would need a lower kv. Anything from 1500 to 1700 shouldl be good for 6s depending on how much prop you plan to run..
With a bigger boat like that you will be better off with the higher voltage and lower kv motors. |

Mostly Neu's and Castle's. Trying a pair of the HET 700-68 edf motors in my current Cheetah build. I've used the HET's in edf's many times with good results so decided to make a pair water cooled and see how it goes.

The T180 is an excellent budget esc. I have a few of them in use myself. One that ran a Castle 1717 on 6s in my Sprintcat until I replaced the motor with a Neu 1527 to get better run times. (same esc still in use).
There's one in my 54" Arapaho driving a Leopard 5692 1000 kv (my only Lep motor) on 6s. Two more in the Cheetah I'm building. There was a couple in the DF Explorer when I sold it. There was a couple in my old Expresscraft Thunderbolt when I sold it. Good esc. Go for it. |

That should work out OK. The 447 will most likely be your prop of choice.
