hi
you are using the original adapter? (USB by Minsoo)
Thank you very much! Naviboard is flashed successfully - just reverse pins on the cable. USBtoCOM adapter is original.

Someone has been testing the Tricopter with Naviboard (with new firmware) in all modes? Moscow's winter is very cold and windy - i have not many silent hours for testing my tricopter. I would like to know - correctly works the new firmware on Tricopter or have some bugs?

Listen to cafecubain, perhabls the cable layout of your adapter is different. Double-check it to make sure.

Hello ! I do not understand, why we need to tune Sonars pots to move it to working status. This is buggy job of Mr Minsoo. Sorry friends, but I have to say that we are using and buying once again the unfinished "wet" and uglish product. I guess for our free betatesting the real price is 100$ for Naviboard, not more.

For your information - I have the same curves of Sonar - Sonar still doesn't affect to height lock

At the end - did somebody do any tests with Sonars's PID values ?

Answer me please to two questions:
1) How to switch between sonar and barometer (or this is only auto mode)?
2) The operation of Calibration of Gyro and Accelerometer (Right the rudder stick for 3 seconds)
is necessary everytime if i change the battery, or once (For example on ideally horizontal surface) and
after any "power off" the Naviboard remember for ever maintain level? And after start on non-ideal ground
my multicopter still stable with my settings every time?

Sorry, I am not using the sonar, so I can only answer the last question. Accelerometer calibration is definitely stored. I made sure it was perfectly (or as good as) level with a bubble level. Right rudder stick and it will arm. Keep holding until first beep, then second beep and let go. All set up now :-)

hi from Vienna.
ad 1) I think it's combined: both sonar + baro is on or off. In low altitudes sonar makes the job, in higher baro does.
ad 2) I do the right rudder stick procedure before any copter start, leveled.

Well if you can do the accelerometer initialization perfectly level every time, it's fine. But I can tell you from experience that you shouldn't have to. I am happy about that because it's hard to get your multi perfectly level in the field (of course depending on location).
