Oh man that sucks guys! What a STUPID block? How could REM's End Of The World As We Know It be blocked in the USA?

Okay, let me edit a version without that song. Sometimes I hate YouTube.

Here's the alternative version. Not the song it was meant for and I forgot to switch the original video audio out so it's not great but at least you get the visual.

Great video Aros. You live in a beautiful place, have a gorgeous daughter and, oh, yeah a pretty nice Corsair! The plane really seems to fly smoothly under your capable thumbs. Really nice flying and landing.

Is the video of the a Corsair disintegrating the result of a faulty propeller hub?

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas.

Jackson

Thanks guys, actually the flight was not as steady as my usual due to the contour roam placement. It messed with the CG so instead of messing with my trim I had to really work the sticks which caused for some bumps here and there, especially at takeoff. I even bounced the landing a bit which bummed me out, especially since I've been bragging about perfect 2-pointers lately. I guess that's my lesson for the day in humility, LOL.

I need to get a high quality HD keychain cam with 170 degree wide lens so the placement, weight and size doesn't effect flight performance. I would put several of them on different spots so I can have some really nice editing for future videos.

Jackson, yes that video clip was from the faulty hub. Seemed very apprapo for the original song is was meant for.

Thanks for the comments and Happy Holidays everyone!

Thanks Bram!

Snuck in what will probably be my last flight for a while with the low pressure systems parking back over the area. I really need to move to Arizona.

Can anyone help me figure out the best way to change the flaps to be more scale? Specifically, I'm trying to decipher the best method for making the flap leading edges curved like the full scale. Everything I conjur up in my head ends up cutting the LE off at a 45 degree angle and looking like crap.

What's the magic tool and steps to get the LE to be nice and rounded in a controlled manner across all the flaps.

REALLY appreciate any insight.

I am not sure if the real corsair has fowler action (meaning pushed out and down ) but that can be your challenge.
If they were fowler flaps you can get fowler hinges to allow the flaps to move in that manner and you will need to extend the trailing edge with flight skin so the flaps will be visible when extended allow you to see the curve then hidden when retracted so you don't see the curve leading edge
