I plan on using this receiver from HobbyKing:
Orange 4 Channel Micro Receiver I'm going to need a Y-Cable for my ailerons correct? |

I would go with the Orange six channel and set up for flaperons, that way you can tune the ailerons in the radio instead of at the servo connection. And you wont need the added weight of the Y connector. We have some of the six channel receivers as well as the 4channel's in stock, just not on the web site yet. GM WMParkFlyers.com |

Copy that. Are you guys removing the plastic case from the 6 channel to save a few grams?

Wife ordered my X-Mas McFoamy this morning! I finished it off with a HobbyKing order for the Orange receiver, servos, and prop saver. Also ordered up four 3S 800 mAh 20C Gens Ace LiPos from HobbyPartz. Just need to get some props on order from Tower and I should have everything I need to finish off the build.

Congrats on the XL order. Be sure to post build pics when you get started.

Now that I'm going to have 4 of these 3S 800mAh Gens Ace packs to charge one of these ParaBoards might be a nice addition to my Thunder AC680 charger.
Anyone else using one of these? |
