Anybody has problems with WeMotec not delivering? What legal options do we have?

I would like to ask if anybody has problems with German wemotec? We have paid for our orders last February, since then all we are getting are excuses or complete silence. Originally, packages were lost, later they were delivered back in damaged boxes. Stories like this all the time and replacement was promises countless times. On the top of this, I am hearing that other vendors are getting they merchandise.

Is there anybody else who has similar problems? Maybe we can we can do something together. I know Germans are known for keeping agreements but this is just exact opposite. I almost call it theft, we lost almost $4000.00.

I'm not a vendor but me and a friend has had similar experiences when dealing directly with Wemotec. But I did get my orders delivered eventually though, it just took way too long (like months).

I had heard about problems on a individual costomer biases, but not vendor. Something must be seriously up...?

Unfortunately, I too had a smiliar experience with Wemotec, and this was after having been their customer a few times before, where I was pleased with their service.

I kept getting different stories about why I hadn't received the material I purchased. I eventually asked my credit card company to get involved and was able to get my money back.

I was hearing this back in February as well. Chuck's Hobbies was not getting his stuff either. Now he is out of business. I hope you fair better.

Oliver send me goods before I even send him money.

Hope you guys got it sorted out.
I always had good service from Oliver and delivery very fast.
Just got my box today and it was order 10 days ago.

Nothing special I think.
I never had any issue from the first day doing business with Oliver. Only once he didn't get back to me for 10 days because he was on vacation.

I am currently at Jetpower fair.
The problem with Esprit was two parcels out of a bigger shipment being bounced back by USPS.
I will take care of it on tuesday first thing.

Ok, we will be looking forward to it. I will keep everybody posted about development. Please accept my apologies for taking this private matter to public forum.

We have spent thousands of dollars with Oliver, ALWAYS paid up front and this is where we ended up. I guess we are not worth of his business.

I am a year on and still not received my order from Oliver.

Every time I complain on RCG, Oliver comes on here and asks me to mail him personally to resolve the issues. None of his email addresses work (RCG mailbox is full, etc.) and then nothing ever gets done.

I am still owed 100 euro of fans and have been fobbed off 3 times. I can't even get a refund through PayPal because I slipped past 4 months because I was told to wait for item on backorder.

Forget all the good praise comments on here - if you slip through the cracks your problem will never be resolved!
