Wooow . Bob .. I'm impressed .... most people don't know where Goshen is let alone that it has a small college across from the medical center south of town
But that is not the one ... this one is a small all girls college next to a big one named Notre Dame ... it (Saint Marys college ) actually was the girls side of Notre Dame when it first started .

Saw George Winston there a few times and more than a few yrs ago ! :-)

I Flew indoor RC with CO2 power at the ACC long before small was "IN"
and radios were actually small.

Sorry about the incorrect math ;>}

I have buddy working over at ND in the Physics lab, Neil Dodson.

We were both at Bayer before they pulled the plug.

Next I have to DO all the Pivot Wing stuff and decide IF any of the motors that I have on hand are
even suitable and then make an order is necessary.

I'm just happy to see that all the foam parts are fitting as planned.
So, I will put it UP on my site as an orderable product and just jeep
putting things together.

The rest could take weeks.

If anyone is in a hurry , you shouldnt be waiting on me.

Bob

btw THE FOAM only weighs 9.5 oz on my Palooze postal scale.
that does not include any ply, CF, or other bits-n-pieces

Most Scratch built Foamy designs are shared - At least I think so.

I feel that they should be for those not able to do a purchase or too far away for reasonable S&H.

I know some do not, but I figure, when you are in competition with FREE then there is no choice.

Why not just DO IT and accrue whatever good will may come of it.

Yep, I love seeing planes built after something I designed I think its extremely cool that some one would be even remotely interested in flying the thing I built.

F&T, are your kidding ?

Your vids inspired a bunch of us !

ALSO - dont forget that address request ?

I really like this MPF foam vs the depron that I made my Twins out of.
YOU will like how fast a Slot and Tabbed set of parts goes together !!!

4 motors and Esc's got ordered last PM.
Same ones I used on one of my ply and CF framed Quads.

Today was not see a lot of accomplishment.

I did model the motors and motor mounts as well as
selecting CF tubing and CF Bearing sleeves for the motor tilt mechanism.

The plan is to mount the motor to Wooden mounts with Holes in the back for
the CF tubing to be GLUED UP.

OK the Pic show the idea , but not the sleeves.

Also I cut by hand the missing Nose Doublers and Cabin Supports
Those have been included in the new Plans pdf.
I have most glued in place. Finishing up them this PM

I will try Crius multiwiii pcb with all those intrgrated sensors. Baro accel, gyros, mag.

Maybe with sw help from leadfeather or RCVertt.

Today I will be attempting to make Motor mounts from wood.
