Sean the Legend

Sean

I have been lurking around enjoying your reports. Your performance in the States with a home made plane was incredible. I felt like it should have been front page news!

I look forward to seeing the progress and undoubted success of this new creation.

Good luck
Steve

I agree completely. So much help has been offered by the local glider builders, it couldn't be done without them.

Thanks Steve, I still feel quite humbled by that whole experience. DS is so much about being in the right place at the right time, and that we were! There were plenty of guys flying better than me on our trip but a whole series of events lined up to make us Aussies the only ones able to take advantage of the record winds. It's nice to be the recipient of such a huge stroke of luck.

With some good sites being unearthed on this side of the globe it seems a good time to build a plane like this.

Looks stellar Sean! Sure to be a contender! As well as the bagged Deepend flew, I can't wait to see you ripping it up with the molded 3.0! Enjoy the process...

Good luck with your build Sean it is a big job molding models but much better than bagged wings. We are going to make our next set of hurricane wings by infusion. We have done a couple of tails and they came out awsome.

keep up the good work mate we are watching with much intrest.

Seeing the Deepend fly a Weldon was very impressive. With the sleek fuse and the sexy tapered wing it is Front Page worthy. Good luck to you and youy crew on the molded verson.
