Slight heating up using heat gun of guide tubes with the push rods in and some oil lube does the trick, never had any issue, El. on both of my models runs very smooth, Joe.

I replaced the tubes with a new set from Dubro, problem solved. Nice, smooth operation now.

Yeah, I replaced the plastic outers with some spare from a gws kit. I couldn't be bothered trying to straighten the ones that were pre fitted at the factory. I re routed them slightly too, to give a smoother action.

Cheers mate, I've still got to add panel and surface detail with the good old 'Sharpie' and get the canopy done, but she's nearly there. Hoping to test fly on the 15th Dec to commemerate their retirement

Oh yeah, sorry! 825g is very light, I'm afraid mine is going to be a bit more than that, but we'll find out very soon.

I think she moves REALLY well! I'm getting close to finishing mine and excited about flight test day. I reckon mine will come out at about 1100g so I'll be interested to see how well it flies

Just installed servos for aileron and elevator and wondering if anyone who has flown one of these can tell me what deflections/expo you used?
