Depron McDonnell Douglas DC-10
Its been a while since i posted last so heres the new build so far, the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 is a favorite of mine so it was next on my todo list of aircraft, it has a 35.5''- 903mm wingspan and a length of 38.5''- 978mm.
Built the same as the comet and the a380 it has slot together construction, it has flaps, retracts and lights. the pusher motor is in the tail.
I have also made this so you can replace the flap/retract cut outs if you wish not to build them into the model.
this will also be released as a kit once i iron out any errors in the design os far its going ok.

hi guys. just a quick update, I was trying it out at the local park with a tarmac path it hit full speed but would not lift. so i hand lauched it instead and it went nose down i broke the fuselage around the wing. Nothing 5 minutes wounldnt fix. The cg made the plane very nose heavy and thats why it failed to take off.
After i fixed the damage i worked out the correct cg and it is perfectly ballanced as it with no battery added remebering that the valve/servos/retract are upfront.
my battery sits right up front where i presumed it should be but as the dc10 has a short tail. my battery needs to be 13 cm backwards from where it is, it needs to sit above the wing. so ive made the mods and have redrawn the parts in cad to be cut so this plane will be stripped down of parts to be put in the new one.
The design/prototype i did has no strenth if i take depron form the middle to put the lipo there. So in the new design a box is built to take the lipo and act as a backbone, only took about an 1hr of work to get the design finished.
As i writing this ive moded the A380 deisgn and working on the dh comet at the same time.
