Hi - I ordered a 3 CH BlitzRCWorks Mini F-16 V2 w/ Gyro EDF Jet ARF [#JT1989-03-ARF]

The jet works great EXCEPT, there is no gyro action on this model? Did I get the wrong jet and get the older model which had no gyro? My order number is: 12119-121030

Hello Sebastian,

I received CSR Cliffords email. I will be shipping the part back to BH
tomorrow. I assume that it will be several weeks before a refund is
received or BH sends the correct part.
Considering that the original part order was placed on 25 September
and I may not see full resolution until approximately 01 December, that
constitutes over two months from the initial order, an exhausting arbitration,
and final resolution on a $32.90 part.
If you were in my shoes, or the shoes of any other customer, would you
continue to do business with BH ?
As neat as some of the products that BH has to offer are, every time
I think about hitting the "purchase button" my thoughts go to my past
experience with BH and I elect not to make the purchase.
I hope BH management views this note and takes it into consideration.

This might be a stupid question but I just purchased and received the 70mm EDF Jolly Rogers. Everything looks in good order so far. Question: noticed that the receiver connections have 5 connectors. 1 thru 4 I understand but it has an extra connector labled 6. This connector has some sort of circuit board attached along with the wires wrapped with a ferrite ring. Also it has small wires that run into the battery connector. What is if for and where do I connect it too?

Also, I like to balance my fans on my EDF's and it appears that I can't get to this one. Please let me know if I can get access to it without causing damage to the fuse. Order #13017-121108.

Wow......Huff....just buy a silver plane(seems that is what they decided YOU should have)....what Poor customer service...they not only made original shipping error....but are willing to DUPLICATE it again

Your original post CLEARLY shows you needing the Yellow/Grey wings...buit were shipped the silver 1's......

BANANA.... ship huff an WHOLE plane for free & hire atleast 1 person that comprehends english ( but now that i think of it...you folks were even shown PICTURES...and still didnt understand)

poor poor huff.....are you ready to order more stuff from Banana yet?? And would you recomend Banana hobby to Others? LOL

Thanks for the supporting posts from yourself and others Weed89. LOL ....
no, I doubt I will be purchasing from them again. I really wanted to get the
mini F-35 EDF with the two axis gyro for my dad as a Christmas gift, but alas,
I will probably shop for a Horizon Hobby product. I will at least have the comfort
of knowing he will be able to get parts support when he has a mishap.
