Damaged Canopy

Hi

I just received my Blitz 1700mm P-47. Upon inspection I found the Canopy is damaged.

My order number is bh18-199393 and at this time I'm requesting a replacement.

Recieved my fms zero today

Hi I just recieved my fms grey 1400mm zero from banana hobby and satisfied completely with the product but now I am testing the customer support.

My order number is bh18-198866 the order was for the arf grey 1400mm zero

and I also recieved my extra fms 1400mm zero-propeller (grey) fms93a1400-19-grey.

THE ORDER WAS ALSO FOR 2 OTHER PARTS WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE.
NUMBERS ARE FMS93A1400-21-GREY QTY 1 (DID NOT RECIEVE)
(FMS 1400MM ZERO-REAR LANDING GEAR ( GREY )

FMS93A1400-18 QTY 1
(FMS 1400MM ZERO-SPINNER)
Could you please look into this matter so that I may complete my order in which was paid for but not completely recieved.

Hi tommy, I've submitted a parts request for a replacement canopy to be sent to you, please allow 3-7business days for this to be processed, and once shipped you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

HI itskoz, I have submitted a parts req for the missing spinner and landing gear to be sent to you, please confirm that these are the correct missing parts.

Description looks right and I cannot thank you enough for such quick and responsive customer support. thanks so much.

I did check the part numbers but your system is different in numbering then what we the customers recieve on a invoice.
all we get on my end is a description of the part and the FMS part number.
On your end you get the actual stock number for banana hobby which isnt on our invoice but was in your email you sent me. EXAMPLE
ITEM 2264-BJ 2.2.12 IS ON EMAIL / i JUST HAVE THE fms93a1400-18 number

No big deal, you guys know what your doing and took care of me quickly which is greatly appreciated. I will let you know when parts arrive and condition of them, I am sure i will still be a happy banana hobby customer

Hi Bailey, the prop adapter came in today. Feb 8. Looks fine to me, I'll test fit it later but I forsee no issues. Thanks again.

Bailey, you mentioned that it would take about 7 business days to process and ship my order. It has gone past that time frame (Jan 30) and I have not heard anything about my motor, main gear, or canopy clips being shipped yet. Would you please check on my order for me and let me know if my items are on the way. order number 188641.

Could someone please look into a few issues I'm having.

On 1-26 I placed an order bh18-199836. It still has not shipped. Could someone please let me know what the problem is?

Also I'm still waiting for the replacement canopy for my 1700mm Blitz P-47. That order was bh18-199393. I reported this problem to you on 2-1. Can you please tell me where we are on that.
