I just got on your blog to see what you were working on and there it was. Good job Andy as always.

I see a all white jet looking plane on the picture of your planes on the shelf? What's that?

How the hell are you, have you flown anything recently (helicopters don't count!!!).

The jet on the shelf is a HobbyKing Parkjet, I bought the kit with a Buddy Code for $11.....cheap or what. I'm going to put a 2211 2300kv motor in it with a 4.75x4.75 prop. It will be my new "Windy Day Flyer", should be good for when the winter winds pick up here.

Here's a picture of all my regular flying machines.
All the best

Andy:

That's a pretty good stable of flying things.

If helicopter don't count then I can't claim anything. I did get some 4400 mha batteries for the Cub last week. I put deans plugs on them.

Putting the radio gear in the Black DR1. Got the tail feathers hooked up. Working on the ailerons now.

Order a new aluminum carry case for the third AXI 450 heli along with the 40 amp ESC for the black DR1. Should be here on the 9th.

Let me know a little more about the all white jet from Hobby King!

Nice rack of planes. Looks like the only thing you didn't create yourself is that HK parkjet. Your paint jobs are great! Why did you choose an easy flyer like the cloud sky mini when you already have a warbird and even jets?

Hi sh4nce

Thanks for your post, I must admit, I do like building and painting planes. The reason, I built the Cloud Fly, was because I was following the thread and liked the way it flew. I had a Blue Wonder motor spare, and thought it might be ideal to power a smaller version. And you're right it is the easiest to fly, the F-84 Thuderjet though, is a real handful. Very fast and very aerobatic with many anxious moments on the sticks.

Regards
Andy

Hey Andy:

The Blue Wonder really is screaming on the dayglo power glider.

I'll have to get some of those.

Hi Jack

Yeah, I love these Blue Wonders, I'll use them on any plane upto 12-13oz, they can handle more, but really shift upto that weight. I put an 8x4 prop on the 1300kv, or 7x3.5 on the 1700kv version.
Catch you later, keep on top of those chores
