A bit off topic but I was surfing and came across the CAF Red Tail Squadron site...Really cool...They have a beautiful P-51C that they restored...

Jdm,

Do what dambit said, or if the cheaper route is through BH order the parts from rc-castle.

Model Master Acrylic Insignia Yellow 4721 is a good match for the yellow on Ferocious Frankie to go along with Green Drab FS34086.

I haven't had any problems either...IMO...I say leave it alone and just make sure the screws are tight and go fly

I see what Arron is concerned about, but I also think it's more of an optical offset and will actually be fine as it is, Though a few washers probably wouldn't hurt...kind of 50/50 either way...

This plane needs no right thrust anyway. I would take the cowl off and check the motor line with the fuse.

This plane appears to have the correct down and right thrust as designed. Mine appears to have some down but, no right. Given the obvious cut of the cowl / nose and the lack of vertcal fin offset, I think that this plane would more than likely require some right thrust. That 4bladed paddle up front will surely generate more than a little torque. I am leaning toward putting in some washers.

Thanks for posting the pics Brandon.

that will be a nice weight for the plane. I found the handling to be much better once I got over the 5kg mark.
