WINSTON FIELD *FREE FUEL* FUN FLY Sept 24 & 25
WINSTON FIELD *FREE FUEL* FUN FLY CALDWELL HILL RD. LISLE, NY SAT. AND SUN. SEPTEMBER 24 & 25 Flying Begins when the motors start, Ends when pilot’s thumbs go numb. You are invited to come out and help Wes. Wes didn’t get to fly as much as he desired this summer and needs to use this season’s glo-fuel up.. Wes wants to see if 5 gallons will last 1 or 2 days. Wes’ fuel is free as long as you fly at Winston field Current AMA required, 72 Freq. Control available. Electrics welcome and night flying too. Self contained camper space available with some hook ups and dumping available. Tent space for shade and overnight hangar also available. Rt 26 will T into Rt 11, take left and stay straight on Rt 79 North and pass through Lisle. After traveling 5.7 miles from T you will see signs for Nanticoke and Broome Rt 21,
take immediate left onto Caldwell Hill Rd Travel 1.7 miles up hill and the field will be on the right. |
