The cg should be right at the front of the prop slot. You can use a 1300 or even 2200 lipo and not worry about cg changes. I have a ton of throw in mine, I don't know of anyone using any expo. But you can do what ever you feel comfortable with. If built as instructed, the c/g just falls inplace.

3/4 inch up and down should keep it real mild. But it's so smooth even full throws make for crisp flight. The idea is to turn and loop on a dime. Inverted fight is actually smoother.

I like to get about 200 ft up, dive straigh down at full throttle , at about 20 feet pull full up and they just flatten out and almost stop, then fly off as if nothing happened. Or at the same time you pull hard up, chop power. Then power up and fly off. You cant hurt these things.

They bang into each other and just keep going.

I make my own vinyl decals, so if anyone wants something special for theirs, I can give a good price.

If you got a kit with all electronics. I believe that should be a 9/6 prop. A 8/4 has more speed, but the 9 gives bettet vertical.

I do believe I'll get one of these and answer those questions.

A plane from Arkansas called Hog Wild and no pic of one with Razorbacks on it?
There's got to be at least one out there, c'mon let's get it shown here!

I fly conventional belly floppers almost exclusively and unless I nose it over I never break the prop. ESC set to brake off, power off at touchdown, the prop is always horizontal and intact when I go to the plane.

I'm guessing he just lets it slide along power off and gives it a bit of up elevator just before he gets below stall speed, then back on power when he gets 6" or so of altitude.

Far and away the coolest touch and go I've ever seen, derrickh78.

I also appreciate the specs. I have a check in the mail to Bobby. Another ? is the weight of motors used to achieve balance.

Did you do the graphics for your son's Hog Wild?

As long as you're at it, how about a vid of your 200' to 20' vertical, full throttle death defying 90 deg pullout? After reading about that, and the slide and go vid I'm beginning to think Hog Wild is more than just a catchy name.

Here's the top and bottom pics. I'm sorry I have no video of the dive. But trust me, it's fun.

Also I do all my own vinyl decals.
