The RCExl ignition modules for gas engines has an output for RPM from the hall sensor. Anybody know if this output could be used with the telemetry? Here's a picture of the ignition with their tach Y'd in with the hall sensor.

No reported interface as yet, but as you are using RCExl ignition, just in case RCExl kill switch also
and missed the following post, on ARCG > Radios, :
"Don't use RCEXL switch as an optical kill switch", is recommended reading

I fixed this issue of feeding the CDI rpm output safely back to logger or telemetry input.

Simple once you know how. I got data from RCEXL about the way the output works.
After that is was easy.

Hi Guys,

I use the RMP output from the RC-EXL directly to the Jeti MRPM-ac Sensor.
Use the black and withe leads that come out of the ignition unit.
When you don't have a readout, just switch the leads.
In the setup menu of the jeti-box set the number of poles to just one.
