T580 looks like the T580P , they are similar with each other . But their motors and landing gear's color are not the same , T580 is blue , while T580P is orange .

If you are using spektrum and futaba and still the same stuff, possibly something is wrong with those 7 Quality control signatures

can you like do a video showing ESC and board clearly and that sound is clear too. I can send video to LotusRC and ask them what is happening. we have solved one such problem before doing the same.
I am using a Devo 8s with my Lotus 580P+, just got a Lotus, flies well, holds the altitude pretty well indeed, but Does not sit as Still as Ali's demos on You Tube, So have to still be on the stick for ailerons and elevator, but throttle holds pretty well indeed, but if there is a wind can effect height slight.

Flying using a 4500 mAh battery, which can give me over 15 Mins flying time, so seems to fly well at the moment, so far have had about 8 flights and going well.

I am not sure, but had it set to Heli mode, then went Aircraft mode as suggested in the Manual, and may be flying slightly better. Will soon have my Camera mount, and getting a set of LED's.
