With the step by step video all you will need to do is play the video and
follow me with your Devo 7. This should make it quick and easy for everybody.
As soon as I finish with all the settings to post I'll start on the setup videos
which will have to be done in many parts.
I will cover how to copy a model into another slot also.
I will get all this done as fast as I can as I know people need help with this.

Tom, Thanks for the Show and Tell.

That was enough to let me know I don't want the D7!

See those two struts on the battery compartment (just below the board) that run parallel to the landing gear struts? Those are only on one side of the battery compartment and they actually extend INTO the compartment quite a bit, limiting the width of the battery that you can fit in there. 'Slice those off with a hobby blade and you'll be able to use a wider battery (tho the stock battery will likely slip out very easily).
Here are 3 detailed pictures of the simple mod:

2) first dent to trim (in yellow circle)
3) second dent to trim (in yellow circle)

Hope this helps

Yes but they also went cheap on the price there is less than $10 in it between the Devo 7 and the 2603 - which is a hell of a good price for a computerized Tx with a 15 model memory - so its a trade-off really ease use vs price.

Not really that cheap as the pro cost an average of 30-40 over the stock tx combos. Maybe they should charge a few bucks more and put in a good screen.
I was hoping it would be more like the 2801pro since it took on the exterior. After seeing it I am really glad I didnt go for one due to the price

Yes I understand what you are saying but maybe they were trying to cater for all tastes and pocket's - I should imagine once walkera have the libraries up and running many people will just download the config file for each model and only bother with the programing to adjust any parameters they don't like.
