HobbyKing Flyjet X-83
The Flyjet is an in-expensive, super tough EPO park jet that is can use either a 64mm EDF or a pusher motor for propulsion.
The model is a quick & easy build, included is a substantial CF wing spar and all hardware, also included is a motor mount should you choose the pusher configuration, please note that it does not include a fan unit. This model has loads of potential whichever configuration you choose to be ultra fast, yet it is guaranteed to be docile and almost un-stallable at low speeds. Fast, cheap and fun, the Flyjet is the ideal throw it in the car and fly model! Saw this and couldnt resist...
Just placed my order. Status reads (JIT stock) which translate to >10days of delivery.
I'm looking at an intitial setup using Turnigy 40A plush, 3S 2200mah 30C, Topband outrunner 4800KV Brushless Motor + pusher 5x5, 2 x 9g servos (maybe HS-65HBs). 2nd stage, upgrade to 4S 2200mah 30C, 3800KV Brushless Motor 64mm EDF or pusher (whichever is faster) Looks like a promising fast flyer. Anyone one who got their set please shout! |

It is the first time ever that they've got 50 back in stock a day after they've been sold out!
I got an email today that mine is on the JIT truck, so it should ship out within the next 24 hours... |
