Its a huntsman, They are very common and relativly harmless, good for getting screams out of the better half though, that one was about 2" across. I normally trap them in a jar and send them back outside.

Big Spider Attacks Daddy (1 min 8 sec)

Huntsman would be a great name for a boat but its already taken, there's actually one at work.

Cracked the plug out of the mould

So happy, not one hang up Hardly did any damage to the plug, usually see half the plug still in the mould

Cheers

Finally

Got to be the slowest build in history,

Now back to the motors I should get, single or twin, not too much money, just a sport boat, if it looks fast I'll be happy, we'll call it a fast Scale

Hi Nick. How's the family?

I would go with two of these.
http://shop.rcboatbitz.com.au/index....oducts_id=1767

With a 6s 5000mah 40C or bigger pack on each one.

Two Seaking or Turnigy 180A ESCs.

A left & right 445 prop to start .

You will need a left & a right wound flex shaft too.

But RC Boat Bitz also sell ESCs, Stingers, Flex shafts, Rudders etc.
Postage is usually only a few days from Adelaide.

All the best.
Paul.
