Yes, I use it to power the immersion 600mv tx and the analog to DV converter.

How about some help for a newbie guys?

I thought that was what this forum was for.

Rkopf can you post some pics of your setup. Might be that your gps modul is to close to some components that are disturbing it !

And did your digital compass kalibration work without any problems ? Just checkign with that if your connection to the GPS module is given and there is no connection problem. WKM also flies without the GPS module and would have the same effect red blinks etc.

Calibration was no problem, LEDs on all components are correct, flies OK in ATT mode, just can't get any satellites!

hmmm very strange, you have it on the pole certainly far away from any components that could mess with it, connection it given otherwise the calibration wouldn't have worked.

Any window or balcony, garden you have your bird with props off standing for a while to check if you catch one less blink than 3 ?

Since the blinks only indicate a certain amount of sat locked and not that you havent locked any. Did you try switching it to GPS and if so what happened ?

sorry about the formulations and spelling very tired

I would also place your RX somewhere else or at least not have your atennas attached to the carbon booms.

Check out the picture of the rx mounted on that AD

You should do something similar and attache it to your landinggear having the antennas hanging down ! Best hot clue the antennas to have a somewhat 90 degree angle between them.

yup...did removed the red wire from all esc's...but the setup did not using the distribution boards for all esc's..using dean connectors for all esc's, and 3.5mm bullet connector to motors...is this type of wiring ok?

mmmm.... strange yes please send pictures.

deans for power to the esc and bullets to the motors is fine...

however as a personal opinion I don't like deans however this has likely nothing to do with your problem

try moving the gsp out onto a boom as far away as possible,

as you may or may not know your first lock will take the longest as it is getting a lock in a new location possibly for the first time in it's life... so expect a long wait for the first lock

yeah but two lipo pack flight and no lock or certain amounts of sats is too long. But you might be right moving out to the booms is good.

Rkopf take the GPG modul off and place it somewhere on the frame temp and just test if you catch some sats.
