so with all specs and stuff out...what restrictions are applied?....if there isnt the same height restrictions...at what altitude is the limit?...also does that mean if the altitude hold is triggered above that altitude...the multirotor will drop down to the limited height?....im really liking the dji but so many questions have been ignored...just wanting a direct answer..... oh and maybe if we are asking for facts....can we get info on the GPS limitations (if any?)...thanks....just want to know where this system lies compared to the MK restrictions...
(please no hearsay answers...need hard facts before i throw my money at the hardware)

BTW those looking for RTF professional level multicopters using this great new technology, will soon see them offered through DJIUSA.

AKE 1100kv, 10amp no brand made in China 8" props

But, I'd say flying 450 or 550, 30 amp hobbyking will do fine.

This is ideal for those of us with rc camcopters without multicopter experience. It's just as plug and play as it gets, same as with a heli! Excellent job DJI!

Edit:

Regarding the GPS return to home feature. How many return options are available? With this I mean, when using failsafe, the aicraft does one of the two things:

1. Straight line return to home and then land or:
2. Reverse flight path (to avoid obstacles) and then land.

To clear up some confusion. Wookong - Scale (WK-S) is for scale and sport helicopters. WooKong - Multi (WK-M) is for multi rotor platforms.

There are NO restrictions on the WK-M, zero, nadda.

That is to funny. We beat that lil wooden quad to death at IRCHA. CA and Jb welded that 3-5 times. We kicked it in the air, tried looping it and just flat out abused it. With beat arms (JB quick welded on angles) etc.. it still flew amazing. We used a red plastic cup for our dome (GPS mount).

Everybody who demo'd it walked away in amazement.

Sidney, like I said earlier. We need to dip it in bronze and save it. It will go down as the "game changer" in this market. Mark my words on that.

Bad news:
1st order stuck in customs. First time with Fed Ex that has happened in 5+ years.
However, 2nd order enroute and both should arrive by Friday.

I apologize, to all, but out of my hands.

Good news is our PH gimbals arrived but are all sold or spoken for.
Two Hexa's and Y6
q50 extreme from Killy is coming by Friday.
AVroto dealer is setup
APC prop dealer is all but done
Droidworx waiting to here back.
Sales reps for DJIUSA are lined up (yes, you know we will still talk on that)
Website will be redone within 2 weeks.
Ps1 mounts we are working on carrying because DJ V. is a great friend of mine and his work is amazing.
Rc-carbon gimbals also are coming.
RTF packages are going to be priced to sell.
Our goal is to be a one stop shop with prices lower then anyone for high quality products. I have confidence it will succeed.

Will you be notifying people that have sent a preorder email when the units are available to be shipped or do we need to go to the website and place an order?

ok I will play the devils advocate here.... I own two mikrokopters... fully blown with gps and navi etc... not clones... I hate Mk for poor customer service and IMHO poor pcb design again and again....

BUT lets be honest here.... has anyone who has actually flown a MK compared the DJI to it? does it compare? it would have to be as good or better at this price.

Please if someone has both chime in. From the only onboard video I see this controller is far from a MK controler... as much as I would love for it to be on par.

I would spend 1200 for this if it was as good as MK.
