Hello,

my Name is Frank and i am next Month owner from the Wookong-M System, so i hope. Now i am reading the Manual and have some point´s that i am not understand.

When will build an Okto, i must have S-Bus Receiver, OK.
Have only Fubata this System, or other Receiver, too? I have a Jeti System, and RMK2 Receiver?

Is RTH only with FailSafe, no RC-Switch?

Regards, Frank

I think just like the helis High Voltage (low KV motors) will be the ticket. I say HV compared to the 4s setups. For now with the AVrotos 5s is max. Will try a bunch of other motors soon on 6s and look for the optimum setup for Heavy lift.

I'm using the RC-Carbon Hexa as my test mule. They are inexpensive if there is crash.
On that note: Those pics of the frames and quality are unacceptable. I would be shipping everything like that back to the Manufacturer. Mine look really good. I will say the motor mounts are a little rough. I'm not sure what he is cutting them with but I have already talked to him about that. The "butterknife" comment earlier did seem like the perfect fit.

I'm testing the Hexas with a AUW of 12lbs.

This week will be loading them up with 5s 10,000mah and 4s 10,000mah.

...

Seems the thread is becoming a little more positive...finally...to be expected with a first release product.

Tony, your still welcomed to the cottage. I buy the beer.
can't wait for mine!! ;-)

I wish MI wasn't so far... Wait, what's the closest airport? :-)

Wow, that's some crappy optics for a $2000 lens!
It's fuzzy at the junctions ( the edge of the FOV for each lens where the view of the lenses meet) The lens flare is horrendous x 3, and there are stitching errors in the pano, which means the lens nodal points don't line up properly.

A cool concept, but poorly done, especially for the price.

Reminds me of this

Its early firmware still, lets hope it gets better. My company bought it for me for the measuring ability. Will know soon enough if it works. Cool toy its what it is.

Hopefully firmware can improve the washed out look form the HDR panos, and the stitching errors. but the flare is coming from the optics, which looks a bit disappointing.

The 360 video is cool though, I think we will start to see more of that in the future. It will make for some interesting aerial video promos.

with a one shot pano you will have a billion less stitching errors if take the shot in the middle of a crowd or busy street.

you just have to know what tool to use and when it is appropriate.

Nice!

Is your prop-motor combo okay with the frame's weight? 'cause in the video it's kinda working hard... Or is it just the sound that is misleading?
