The new camber aileron operates symmetrically.
Rapid revolution was attained.

Mr. Kanai, I see when you want to turn left or right the split aileron goes up. But can you tell me what the opposite wing does. I see it and can think why the opposite wing does it, but can you explain for me? Thank you.

It's a common buzzard, really stunning! There's also a link to a youtube video of the bird flying.

After seeing the erratic pitching of the bird at the launch, I was wondering...why not hinge the wings at the root with a strong spring load so they would flex under load to give the illusion of flapping?

Since a solar light and bird overlapped when I threw the bird, it fluctuated for avoiding.
The code of the aileron servo in front of two is connected with one, and the code of two back aileron servos is also connected with one.
The aileron of the front part and a hind aileron are mixed and move.
Only the aileron of the two rears can be moved.
Now, I think that the roll rotation flight of the bird is carried out by such a method.

Hello,
I asked him for a plan but he's not willing to make one for some reasons. Nevertheless, he's ready to share how he made the bird if you have specific questions.

I just bought this plan http://www.myhobbystore.co.uk/produc...ddie-the-eagle, seems very nice too

Mr.Kanai, I have another question. Is it important to curl the wingtips? What would you say are the differences between the straight wingtips and the curled ? What do You prefer?

I consider flying a bird type by the structure of the bird.
The wingtips of the bird are moving by the wind.
I think---- I do not want to carry out a wingtip instead of a vertical tail.
Therefore, I do not want to attach big wingtips.
However, probably, the wingtips are useful for the stability after circuitous flying.

If possible, I would like to attach the wingtips which it comes it soft to carry out by a wind.

Curved wing tips help the bird stay put when the speed close to the stall speed.

Hello guys:
Kanai-san is quite famous in Japan for innovative scratch built scale bird gliders, the Japaness RC magzine "Radio Control Technique" has reported on his gliders from time to time since 2002,and it's really nice to have him in the RCG.
I bought a Kinkade SLOWHAWK 7 years ago,and the bird is still my favourite flying pet, like to take this opportunity to pay my respect to Kinkade.
I'm surprised to have so many good informations released from this thread, and it's quite a good learnings too.
I have tried to build some scale motor gliders to keep my retirement life busy, here's baldeagle, one of the flying pets I've built to share with you guys.
have a nice day
