i think it fits here rather well. most ornithopter enthusiasts like birds and want to emulate them through the mechanics and such. this is another way to emulate birds but rather than the motion and flight mechanics, its all scale or realism on the outside, something ornithopters cant really do well yet.

Toki nipponia a nippon

The 3rd flight test.
Since there was no wind, I did only the glide test.
I checked that I could control a TOKI.

heres a Vid of his first flight Sam it is in sandy beach NSW Australia about 800km from me hope you enjoy .He has to modify he wasnt satisfied cheers Brian

havent flown it yet as the weather here has been terrible . The only thing i have been flying is some large gliders i have that are controlable in high winds cheers Brian
