Hey, Seagull - I sent an inquiry to the site for price quote - 2 of them, hopefully not too much. Thanks for the link. The shape and craftsmanship looking good.

Actually, I'd really love to get my hands on one of Festo's Smart Bird to fly my ridge sites see how it goes with slow flapping. I really love Smart Bird's overall design and materials used but I prefer a different colored skin though.
so would i would love too

Wow.. some amazing bird planes here! (thumbs up kanai! very interesting work!)
Im also building a seagull. it doesn't fly, yet... almost! it has a ducted fan so I put the build log in the EDF section, but here it might have been more at home.. anyway, take a look!

That's an awesome looking bird. Does it fly with an e-EDF ?. Would be cool if you don't mind to show more close-up pics. Thanks

All this is very interesting, but frankly, other than the word "bird", I do not understand what that has to do in a forum devoted to the ornithopter and flapping flight. This is an obvious drift. This is only my point of view
Regards
Robert
PS
I have lots of iconography "Bird R / C", links, plans etc. .... I sold several years, " gulls r / c" but I refuse to talk about it here.

Robert most of the people involved in this thread are regular's of this forum and enjoy discussing this and if people were'nt interested in this the thread would'nt be here.
IMO there is much worse threads in this forum .A lot of us in this forum that are ornithopter lovers enjoy this as well that is why it is here .
I cant understand why people get negative about one thread that brings so many overs joy
But hey this is only my opinion
kindest regards Brian
