If somebody knows some video of the french fiber glass gull ( in flight )from Mr. Korobelnik's website please post it. It's bigger, about 1475mm wing span, 690mm long and heavier, about 900grams.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. It's actually maybe not French but German.

LIG thanks for the information. Here is the direct link https://ssl-id.de/rc-tronics-topp-ri...products_id=74
I don't want to purchase it, just looking for a video to see it flying

@ Sam Yes you are right .Alex's gulls flies with up to tree vertical fins as well . I can't see any vertical surfaces only on the South African gull.
Some guys mask vertical surfaces like legs or just use transparent materials. That's why I have posted the link to the Mr.R.Driden's theory about stability .If birds can do it I believe we can do it as well just have to know how exactly they do it

I tried without the 3 vertical fins on mine. It won't work with straight tail ( a v-tail helps a bit but still need a vertical fin at the back end).

What happened is the bird won't turn without the three fins, it yaws. And the more the stick input the worse it yaws and eventually you lost control of it. Well, birds using their wings and tail feathers to stabilize their body. Robert Musters did well with his flappers.

Hey, Seagull - I sent an inquiry to the site for price quote - 2 of them, hopefully not too much. Thanks for the link. The shape and craftsmanship looking good.

Actually, I'd really love to get my hands on one of Festo's Smart Bird to fly my ridge sites see how it goes with slow flapping. I really love Smart Bird's overall design and materials used but I prefer a different colored skin though.

Brian, I would love to see you completed bird its just its very, very hard to make out. It seems you have very poor lighting. Can you take some pictures outside in the sun on the patio or on the grass; somewhere with good light, if that's OK? Thanks
