GW Pitts Python 50cc V2
Have been looking at 50cc sized Pitts Pythons and narrowed it to 2 choices, Aeroworks and Goldwing.The Aeroworks looks great and looks to be better built with great hardware.The GW specs were a little lighter and offered a gold & black color which IMO looks best
So I called Jody at Milehigh RC and he hasnt built the Pitts but has seen it fly and all was good.
I ordered and received the Pitts in good order and ready to start the build.
Here is the specs;

So far so good on the build,everything goes together well,only issue so far is the tail wheel ,I dont think its for this model, the tiller sets back to far and could cause some binding,will see.
I will be using Hitec 7955 with SWB 1.5" on elevator and 3" on pull pull rudder.On the ailerons Hitec 5685 with with stock double arms cut down.I will use 2s lipo for power.
Any questions or comments please jump in

update: got 3 flights on the Python last weekend at the Newark Throwdown.
The plane presents itself well in the air .As for flight ,it will need some work ,needed like 7 clicks of right rudder to get to fly straight and on up line it falls to the left,so Ill get some right thrust in and see how that goes,Still need to move a battery back for cg as it is a little nose heavy ,no big deal there.As for KE it will need some mixing as most bipes do.
Overall ,Im happy with it so far.Iam going to order graphics as the supplied ones are crap.here some photos for anyone how doesnt follow the 3DHS addicts thread and again thank you Don,you take great photos,you should be selling these
