You can file and sand a solder joint to size after you make the connection. Maybe that would help make it fit under the can.

I got the bug and bought the UM stryker 180 today. Then I went to the RF sim to practice and could not find the UM. The old stryker without rudders is there only.
I also looked at the Pheonix sim and it didn't have any strykers. Is there a sim for the new strykers?

Fly the old Stryker in the simulator. You use the rudders mostly for the special moves, like the boomerang (up or inverted), and I doubt that a simulator could teach you those anyway. So practice all your normal flying on the simulator, but keep the rudders for when you're in flight. And trust me, use them only when you're WAY UP....

Hi all, first post, and im asking for help!
I just received my striker, all was working well, then while trying to program the esc for the prop brake, I somehow lost throttle! (It revs for a moment, dies, then can repeat)
Any ideas how to get back to square one so I can fly?

If you use the prop brake, you will break the prop on landing if it stops around the 6 o'clock position.

So i melted my micro stryker today, anyone know of any other airframes that the electronics will drop into?

Maybe it's related to the recent-availability of the new UMX MiG-15.

That's seeming to be a great little EDF, with AS3X.

The MiG can compete with the UM Stryker for the "cool micro-speedster" slot in many guys' lineup.......so demand for the Stryker could be softening, and this is HH's pricing response.

It happened about the time I bought mine...

I think that HH dropped the old Beast's price, shortly before announcing the Beast 3D.

As much as everyone would like an AS3X Stryker, I think we have been told that it is not compatible with the Elevon Mix...

A mkII AS3X may well be able to do it but do you really think the Stryker needs it?
