Or, it's pretty easy to rebuild with a replacement fuse (U.S. $29.99 list). Took me about an hour -- and I'm not much of a craftsman. Now my Baby Q looks and flies like new.

I'm pricing up a fus here in the UK, may just do that. On the other hand if I get another plane then I got me some spares - could even convert my Sukhoi XP to dual aileron (I broke the aileron servo trying to solder a wire!).

Just got a new fuse from Wheelspin Models, arrived OK, it comes with new skids, nose rubber and horns for the ailerons but not vertical stabs so you'll have to cut the old one's out to re-fit on the new fuse, I'll be taking the opportunity to strengthen vulnerable parts this time

Ouch.... Were you doing FPV when it happened? Must have been interesting to see the ground coming at you at warp speed. And did you record the crash?

I didn't think it had enough mass to do that much damage. Looks like you ran it through a fence.

Hey guys, just got my dirty hands on a new DX6i and a UM Stryker (along with a UM T-28 and T-28D...)

I'm having issues with the elevon mixing and I just read that for DX6i users I must open up the hatch and manually swap the servos over?

Is there a way to do this via the radio instead? Thanks

No, sorry...

They goofed up with the servo wiring. You have to swap the wires over inside, if you then decide you want to use a DX8 you have to swap them back again! Na, just kidding - you have to download the latest software and use Elevon 'B'

No, you have to open it up, it's easy enough, a two minute job

That was just vertical into the ground with no power from about 20ft

I lost control in a turn as there was full right trim on the radio from it's earlier flights but I'm guessing that was because one of the servos hadn't centred properly, of course I didn't figure what the problem was with the handling until after it crashed (not very experienced)
