Yeah. Lots of options out there. To me, the easiest thing is to use the 1/32" spacer and remember to sand that slight bevel on the aft edge of the main wing core. If you want a reusable spacer, well that's what the teflon sheet material does better than anything else that is even imaginable. Have you ever tried to glue anything to teflon? The other important thing to remember is to avoid getting too much epoxy in the hinge line area when doing the pre-facing method. Any excess epoxy will need to be removed by some time consuming method.

I tried some rubber sheeting that I picked up at Home Depot. It's used for waterproofing showers underneath the tile and base.

Works fine, I just wax it up.
