Sen. Coburn $9 Trillion plan- Now we're talking
Sen. Tom Coburn has proposed to reduces the spending by $9 trillion.
I don't exactly know what he's talking about but it's about time someone get's serious.
Baseline be damed. STOP THE SPENDING.

Interesting read. He certainly hits on a lot of things. A lot of it stuff the President said he was going to do (but has not), like removing all the redundancy that can be found in government.
I don't find any serious issues with it. It hit's on things both sides will like and dislike. Looks like Sen. Coburn is on the ball.

Halliburton Field Airport in Duncan, OK, getting $700,000 for a terminal with a pilot room and a reception room. The airport, open only to private planes, has 24 landings and takeoffs a day, mostly local pilots in piston-engine planes.
As one of the complaints agains the FAA spending stimulus money on airports that didn't fit their own criterial for an award.

I am afraid after we pass it we will find out what is really in it.
When Charlie Rich got "Behind Closed Doors" we knew what was happening. When Congress and the Potus get "Behind Closed Doors," I feel the need to back up against a wall.
