My Blade 450 3D (BnF) heli for your...???

Hey guys/gals:
I bought this heli on a whim. It's my third heli, overall, but my first in 6 yrs.
I had only barely gotten into some FFF with the old ones, back then.
It's just 'too much' in too small a package, for me right now. Maybe later.
For now, I'm just knocking the rust off my flying skills again, with airplanes.

Willing to entertain offers of trade or partial trade, for pickup in the local metro area.
Looking primarily for 3D or Freestyle type Electric planes, and possibly power systems, Spektrum receivers, accessories, etc.
(Think 3DHS or Precision Aerobatics type planes. Just got an Ultimate AMR and LOVE it.)
May consider any reasonable offer of comparable value though... other than trainers or warbirds. Even cash

Full Disclosure:
I dumped this heli, coming back from a flight, when I accidentally hit throttle hold about 6' up, panicked, and well... I ended up standing it on its tail.
~$50 later, it looks good as new. Spools up, hovers normal, etc. I don't think it even has a scuff left on it
I'll toss in the extra flybar, main gear and feathering shaft I have (since they come in twos)
Oh, and the old grips and blades, if you want. Not broken, but I figured I was being 'safer' by replacing them.
Still have the original box, manuals, etc. (It's only a few weeks old)

Anyhow, I just realized there was a 'local' forum here, and thought I'd give it a shot.

It was just an impulse buy. I do that, sometimes
I should've gone for another plane and some extra batteries, instead
(Still, if it doesn't trade or sell... I will drag it back out for more hovering practice, at reduced throws/lower head speed, later on this summer)

Beginner, yes. I had made some circuits with my older helis before, and got them in OK, but definitly not very 'proficient' as a heli flyer.
They were nitro, .30 size, and overall more stable, or less quick to react, at least, than this size heli.
(Also they were not 3D. This one is just too 'twitchy' for me, at my current skill level, I think. I will go for 600+ size if I ever get another.)

Wish I could give you meaningful feedback with comparison to the 400, but I can't, obviously

Hitting the bed now. Have to be up in a couple hours for work.
But, I could certainly snap some pics when I get back home tonight.

Maybe he needs a foamy shredder.
With the 450's higher headspeed, it might just work

I kid, I kid.

Got home around midnight, after a 17hr day... so no pics yet.
But... I tossed it in the trunk when I left for work again this morning at 4am.
I'm stuck here all day again, but if anyone is out and about in the Northside Parkway area today and wants a look, give a yell.

A couple pictures. Not sure what to show, really.
The box has the old blades, training gear, and a couple spare parts in the little bag.

Other than the stained tail blades, the rub mark on the motor sticker, and the extra flybar weights, it looks like a new one
It's not cracked, scratched, dented, etc.
I added the extra weights to see if it would slow the cyclic response, when I was replacing the parts.
Obviously you'd want to remove those if you wanted to fly it to its capabilities.
Anyhow... last day before I put it in the regular section.

Man, if you had asked me not long after I got my iPhone I'd have been all over it.
Still an interesting thought, but if I'm being realistic I wouldn't use it that much.
Thanks, though!

I would actually prefer some trading action, to be honest.
Someone has a plane gathering dust, somewhere, that I'd love to have.

Hmm. I wish I'd saved my PM to someone else that had asked.
I think I'd told him $275 with battery and training gear, or $240 without. (Plus any actual shipping if not local PU.)

Yes, I know you can walk into HobbyTown and buy a brand new one for $299.

Add the $20 training gear if you need it, and the $43+ battery and you're already up to $363, or $~385 with tax

If you have a newer iPhone, 4 it works great. iPad even better. You can fly by video onscreen. I have an older iPhone so it lags too much.
