Thanks guys. Skywalker was swallowed by the tree as my friend chose a new landing approach, coming in over the road. As he came in low over the treetops, a branch reached out and pulled him in (his story) Zero damage.

For those who are building a FPV raptor and are going with the NTM 28-36 1800KV motor from the US warehouse...here is the buddy code for that engine ($14.58)...

Hi Guys, Just about to pull the trigger.

Anybody know if the Rap just in at the UK HK site is the new version?

Bought the 2m kit only; direct from Lanyu. Arrived with wings damaged!!! Yet to fix, build and fly.

Anyone got any suggestions on a simpler/more secure way of attaching wings on the smaller version?
Anybody attached a wheel. (just one up front)

Kinda tossing between the Rap and a Penguin. Although the Peng seems a bit over priced 110 Kit only from a supplier here in the UK!!!...(8.00 for a control horn?!!!)

I am yet to fly fpv but want a plane that I can, with practice; fly in my sleep and then with same plane progress with fpv rather than getting a whole new model and learning again...It seams the peng has lots of spares readily available.

Any advice needed and welcome.

I'm. Have FrSky DFT Tx with D8R-XP and D8R-II plus Rx

I use a 1W booster, so max range since not discovered I'm flying up to 3 km.

2 tips about two way Frsky.
Do not place Rx close to GPS, you GPS will not find any satellites.

If you use a 900mhz-1300mhz video Tx, 1.4 Ghz filter must be on you video Tx, else Frsky range drops to 100-200-300 meters. Or use 5.8 Ghz without any problems.

What I need to know is the order that you plugged in your servos into the Frsky receiver? Any info on the plug order will be appreciated!

Hi, Guys

So today was my first FPV flight using the Raptor and the fatshark gear, with ezosd. I could fly for about a minute then my goggles would get those wavy lines and the picture never comes back. I have to land wait a bit then it comes back, even if I fly really close the picture goes. Also sometimes the screen just goes black but I am still able to see the osd information. I tried with both a 100mw + 600mw tx cloverleaf and the pole thing and it still does the same thing. Please could anyone help me figure out what is wrong?
