the keychain takes micro SD cards. I had a bit of trouble with the one i got with the camera, my computer wouldn't always recognise it. might be best to get one from another source.

How can you judge a camera for FPV from a BestBuy review ?!

I read those reviews as well, but noticed a lot of them centered on things like no autofocus, "issues" with the buttons, and other case / hardware issues. Those aren't real significant to me. Some of the reviews panned on the image quality, but compared to a true camcorder...yeah, it'll probably suffer.

Instead, I took reviews from people who are using it for FPV flight. These people have a better idea of my intended usage, and the other options available.

I am guessing you need to get a micro card with it. How large do you need to get for the max of the battery?

OK I don't want to take this too far off track. I cited best buy, however the bloggie didn't receive consistent stellar reviews from anyone that I found. CNET for example is another one that wasn't too impressed.

I'm just looking for the best value, features and...weight! I'm just sayin' for the extra money and weight penalties is it worth what it can do over the #11 with the appropriate lens?

No doubt people are using the bloggie with success, that's fine. I like to "buy once". So far it looks like it will be a #11 and a GoPro (eventually) for me. If an outstanding mid level camera comes along I'd buy just that!

Anybody running the #11, Do you guys use a different lens or the stock one?

Also is it possible to have a live out?

Does anyone know? It seems to be cheaper to buy a card at the same time but if I don't need to get one .... then I am not wasting the money.

My #11 battery lasts for ca 40 minutes, so 2 GB card is optimal (20 min. of recorded material takes 1 GB). Anyway, I use Transcend class6 8 GB.
