They recommend 30A for 12-14 GA wire and 45A for 10 GA just based on size of wire/connector, and this is what I've been doing for the last 2 years or so. However one of the addicts said they use 45A for everything and if the wire is small they just double the bare wire back on itself before crimping which sounds like a great method to me as you don't have to deal with multiple ends. The 15,30, and 35A ends all fit in the same plastic housings and mate with each other btw.
