My plane shipped today UPS Ground to Ma. The ESC's are on back order from Hobby King. That should give me plenty of time to strip out the silly flashing lights and other un-wanted parisites that might have slipped from someones mind (or did they stop putting them in?) Plus I am still covering the Air tractor!

Geeze I broke the landing gear just benching it. LOL I guess that's sombody trying to tell me something. Not to waste me time with the stock gear. I'll just put the RC Lander's electrics back in... Was gonna save em for a Euro Fighter build... But I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Better on the bench than landing. Less damage.

Flew mine the other day( before the HEAT WAVE!!) and no fan noises what soever. Flight went well, landed like a champ on the stock gear on smooth asphalt. When I popped the canopy to disconnect the batt., the Deans connectors had fused together (over-amped) Going to pick up some XT-60's to replace them with. Seems like the L.G. of choice to replace stock, are the E-Flite's. I only fly off asphalt or concrete, so for now my gear is holding up.

A-10 Ressurected Balanced dead on at 80MM. That is the latest consenus right? As you can see. She sports electric retracts and trailing link struts. Some really nice ordinance. From inside out Sidewinder air to air, Maveric ATG, JDAM, 2000 lb bunker buster.

Looks great. As far as the CG that seems to work I've been shifting mine a bit at a time. To find just what I'm looking for. Seems to be pretty tolerant in the CG area.

I'm using Thunder Power 6S 35c 5000's. I had no problems with them. Amazingly flight times only around 5 minutes.

Maiden was uneventful. Flew very well. But I already knew what to expect : ). Landing gear is great. No probs there either.

Nice when things go smooth isn't it? Very predictable. This is a great airframe unless you really weight it down and over power it

I screwed up, hope somone else doesn't do the same thing, I feel so stupid.
I was so carefull not to let epoxy squeeze out of the seams, so carefull not to dent the foam, so carefull to plan the .46 retracts....just so carefull....but then I discovered my screwup....fatal screw up.

I installed the elevator upside down, rudders on the wrong side. Yep, I assumed that the whole piece mounted on top, not under the fuse. To make matters worse, I used Hysol to glue the rudders on, no way to fix this. Yes, now I know the underside and top side are different colors of camo, but I am slightly color blind and I only noticed it after the glue dried.

I had to order a new kit, hopefully the parts are the same because the rest of the plane is finsihed.

The kit should be the same. There is a up side to this you have spare parts. Just might come in handy down the road when parts for this become available for this one.
