on my previous post i stated that hk know better their self than any one on here ,than this thread goes silent
yes i contact hk directly i give them chance to resolve this issue but hk fail to do so , i post here just to alert people that HK service is so bad and if anyone have same issue they must act quickly before their loss their hard earn money . Open a Dispute in the Resolution Center on paypal (if using paypal to pay hk)if item not been shipped in 30 days because You have 45 days from the payment date to open a dispute ,Transactions older than 45 days cannot be disputed,PayPal tracks seller performance trends in the event paypal need to take action to protect other buyers . remember don't tell hk that you will Open a Dispute or your money maybe end up been transfer to be hk points (yes i assume ) better sorry now than later

I agree 100%, if you have a problem with any dealer, go to the source and deal with it, posting, crying and whinging on a public forum does nothing to fix that problem.
Altho getting some advice or help with approaching the problem is where a forum is useful.

IMO Complaining on a forum is as useful as stubbing your toe.

Hey Presa not having a go at anyone just stating my opinion, and agreeing with init4fun on going to the source to get it sorted.
I am as baffled as Mike, why do some orders get held up (excluding BO etc)and some go straight thru without issue.

hey PC55 , i don't care about someone else order got issue or not and none my post state someone else issue .here i only talk about issue that i have with hobby king, all my item already Reserved on 9 july but till now not been shipped . i know something wrong at hk warehouse but they don't want to tell me what is really happen, every time i ask they just told me "we will email you when the item shipped" they promise to shipped to me i wait 1 week nothing has been done .
and now who can tell me why my orders get held up since hk self can't/will not provide that info to me for my item .
btw paypal said they will refund back my money this is very odd since i know usually paypal take 10 days to refund why mine is so quickly they refund to me ?? This makes no sense

My order placed 2 days ago fro the HK warehouse shipped late yesterday. Just received my confirmation email. Go figure.

I'm a "platinum member:" the only "problem" I ever had was involuntary store credit, rather than a refund, and the requirement that I pay shipping costs, again, which levered up my next order. Dodgy, I thought, but I still buy and still enjoy.

However, I neither condone nor like lynchings just for the sake of quashing varying views.

I believe that I posted that some have genuine issues with HK. In a nutshell most of us are wondering wt some do and some don't. What's the problem with that? As far as your issue I can understand your frustration but what will posting here do to remedy the situation?
