as for the clearence Silentpilot,i have a very strong feeling that my reciever failures are from heat,. im even gunna slip a small piece of coragated cardboard in between to disapate heat."no real added wieght and with my luck,.. ive got nothing to lose lol.also ive seen some where that theres a "heat disapater shroud" that goes around the motor,i think it's for micro motors not %100 thoe

It's really not that hard. You can pretty much hand launch, fly, and land at the same throttle setting. Just get over the urge to fly at WOT all the time (I never understood why people feel the need to do that). Fly lower and closer--it'll take away that away real quick.

The clearance was with reference to rudder servo contact if the motor gets pushed into the board after a head on bump...

ohh yep killed first reciever in a crash,.. at first i thought it was servo,. went to the rc shop and the guy took it off then realized he didnt have a replacment for it.he gave it back to me and said to call hobby zone wich i did,.. and only said that the reciever died on me and they sent me a new one but yea seriously,. bad set-up i think as it failed not in an accident but probably was the cause. oh yea it was my rudder servo that was going far left or far right.

What adapter did you use? I'm worried that the one I've got is a bit big and heavy

so you got adapter and diff.prop "5043" and there is a profound difference, and in what way? like more speed, say at like half throttle as compared to before and what about "climbing"

same here coreman and with 160's.there's not much to PC's landing gear "weight" wise plus tires are soo small to even bother to think about. i meen for "air-drag". Tire "skirts "are long gone, first flight i think it was lol.yea i dont think i'd so far as to remove them cause with out taking off and landing i would get bored with no challange,to me that's part of flying it.it'd be incomplete but idk,.. thats just me.
