Interesting!

VERY nice tutorial, Matt!

Only one question, which is on step 9. The photograph appears to show soldering to a wire stub that is sticking through the board. Although this may become apparent when I examine my board more closely, or when I can identify the "gate transistor," is there a way you could make this clearer?

Waiting for Hong Kong to restock the recommended motor, but have all other components in hand. May order the slightly heavier and longer version of this same motor, their CO5XL 10800kv version, if I become impatient.
