Tell ya what tho....the new HH UMX AS3X (more acronyms than the damn Air Force lol) is going to be a real game-changer for tight quarters outdoor flyin' methinks....imagine a 4Site-ish ship w/ AS3X....

Got all your settings "dumbed down" for indoor? (although I hate that term...they're not really "dumb")

I use Livonia Bob's original indoor numbers and find the MCPx supremely controllable in my very small apartment airspace...goes kinda like:

takeoff from the coffee table, a few living room circuits, reverse-coordinated drift turn into the kitchen and around the fridge, setting up for the countertop low pass...into a the high bank arc through the dining area and swoop right back out into the l.r. with a power climb.....etc etc...when the timer goes off, setup for a precision pinpoint landing on the kitchen counter...

lemme take a look....

DX6i

AIL 60% +25%
ELEV 60% +28%
RUD 100% -28% (I still like to retain a snappy tail, even in the house)

throttle curve NORM 0/10/65/85/100

pitch curve NORM 50/52.5/55/70/100

Try 'em and see if ya like 'em...I like these #'s and haven't changed 'em in forever...mild enough w/o being mushy, good, responsive control authority is still there for smooth banked turns, piros and such..

I do have a stronger "outdoor/gym mode" for high rates and stunt...but I don't go high rates or STUNT mode in the house...that would just be asking for trouble.

That's somewhere in the southern Great Divide judging by some of the bird calls I can hear.

Mate -that's placid. You wanna hear it when the Kooka's and Cocky's start getting it on

That colour scheme would constitute camouflage here. Matches our typical "blue bird" skies. Yellow or, Bud's fave, pink work well.
