The TP's are starting to come out in mega-C ratings lately.

I'd love to try a few.

And you're right, the Hype's are darn expensive...

Oh?

Then again, I'm not all that surprised - what C are the TP's?

Do you have a link for both, Meebs? I'd like to take a squiz...

The Nano's are a pretty darn good LiPo IMHO.

The Rhino's suck. I've run Extreme RC's, and thought they were great. Until I tried the Nano's.

I'd still like to get my hands on some of the latest Thunder Power high-C 3S 2200's to see how they stack up.

Rhinos suck ? Sorry mate but you must of had a bad batch I have loads of Rhino packs of all different sizes, and they have been abused for well for over a year now and still going strong.

I had high-hopes for them.

But they don't cut the mustard in my FunJet.

Have you been able to compare them back-to-back with Nano's or anything else?

Reason I ask is that a lot of people swear by the Rhino's.

But, from my experience with the ones I've got, they blow chunks.

Short flight times and/or bloated cells after 3 mins cycling between WOT and cool-down laps in my FJ Ultra.

+1! I love the Rhinos'...my 7 1350 30C 3S' easily outperform a Nano 1300 I got just to compare against them...

My little Rhino 360 20C 2s' work great in both my mini-swift and Breeze F3P ship.

On the other hand, my 4 Nano 800 2s' work very well in my Long EPP.

I can't afford anything else. I stick w/ those two sub-brands...have had miserable results w/ the "Flightmax" kind...they all puffed and died with less than a hundred cycles...so I won't touch the cheapo looking "Turnigy" kind either.

You have to compare Apples with Apples here, Bud.

I'm flying the same mAh/cell count batteries in the same plane.

The Rhino's cark it real fast. The Extremes were far superior - flight times, grunt from full stick, and WOT runs. But I reckon the Nanotechs pipped the Extremes once I got them.

The new Thunder Powers are quoting insane baseline C-ratings now, with burst ratings way above what my current ESC's could handle.
