take a look at the all W bashing threads started...he open 4 or 5 in one or2 days. You really haven't missed anything. Pretty childish [if he achieved that high a level].

we got any gardeners in here? My corn did weird this year. I'm getting the usual 2-3 ears per plant, but now those have little ears coming from the base of the "main" ears...they're starting to look like a "hand" of bananas.?????

regards,
Bill

So how old is everyone?

Hi Bob,
Actually it's an heirloom [Cocopah] I've been growing for 7 or 8 years. It's originally from around Yuma. I bought the seed from a place in Washington state.
Very American. if I plant in early April, I harvest red, white and blue "sweet" corn on the 4th of July. I put parentheses around sweet because it's not the super sweet. This stuff tastes like CORN instead of candy. I planted late...way late, beginning of July due to us moving. It all did it, so, I think it may be a reaction to the short[er] days.

regards,
Bill

Don't listen to him, Bob!

It's a trap. A TRAP I tell ya!!

No water. No elekamatrissity (still hasn't been invented in Arizona), and not even no sides on the house - just tumbleweeds a'blowin in from Arkansas right on through.

They ain't tubbed in months, if you're lucky you get three stands of straw for your bed, and you can have anything you like to eat, so long as it involves tinned beans...and chilli.

Jayzuz - talk about Thought Nazi's

"He said"...then "She said"...then "OMG...this is humongous, Muriel - the dude dumped on *name removed* for saying a word that rhymes with 'polka', and the other guy retored with a word the rhymes with 'secret'"

Ho-li-haircut, Batman! Gotham City has been compromised!!

Could be over-fertilizing and too much water...
